My Background

My specializations include anxiety management, parenting and behavior therapy. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and their families. I also have a lot of experience with clients that have autism, attention deficits and social deficits. I have a history of success with child/adolescent school refusal and peer relations. I use talk therapy, cognitive therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, family systems, play therapy, parent-child interactional therapy, expressive therapy and applied behavior analysis in my multi modality approach to treatment.
